High level mats ( ID lvl mats in live )

what i want to know is will i be able to get them without raiding as i dont raid
if there is crafting lures will there be a chance for one to drop from them 1 in 100 -1000 ?
soz if this was answered ,i had a look and didnt see anything

I highly doubt they will be available anywhere but in ID, but if they are acquired elsewhere, I would expect they would be added to the ID vendors for ID marks.

Im pretty sure no post 50 recipes use them so not sure why you would want them!
