    Runecrafting: Rare Branching Star mat is WAY too rare

    I've runebroken many rare pieces, spent 900 plat on the auction house to buy more, and I've gotten one Branching Star in two days. The crafting quest <Rune of Possibility> requires four of them.

    After the last update before Beta closed I suddenly started getting Branching Stars when I runebroke rare items. I'm guessing you did this. Thanks!
