Storm Legion Beta Weekend #1 - What to Expect!

Welcome to the first weekend Beta event for RIFT: Storm Legion!

You might be asking, "But Amary, what all do I get to see this weekend?! WHERE'S THE GOOD STUFF?" - in that case, you've come to the right post!

Here's what you'll be able to check out on Beta this weekend:

- Level cap of 52!
- Access to the four new Storm Legion Souls from level 1-52!
- The Storm Legion zones of Pelladane, Cape Jule, Port Tempest!
- The first dungeon of Storm Legion, Exodus of the Storm Queen!
- Crafting skills will be unlocked through Grandmaster skill!
- Dimensions!
- All existing RIFT content from levels 1-50 - including some major Soul and Crafting revamps in progress for 1.11!
- The exclamation point key!

If you're looking to get started on new Storm Legion zones right away:
* Check your mail! You should have a neat little message directing you where to start.
* Otherwise, visit the Chancel of Labors in Iron Pine Peak and speak to some friendly teleporting NPCs out there.

If you want to check out sweet, sweet Dimensions:
* Sanctum and Meridian both have questgivers that will provide you with your first Dimension!
* Vendors in the main cities - Sanctum, Meridian, and Tempest Bay - also sell Dimensions in addition to other neat stuff and things.

“Amary, I don’t have a level 50/I can’t get my character copied!”
That’s okay! There are still new things to play that we’d love to get your feedback on.

All Souls (including the Harbinger, Tempest, Tactician, and Defiler) are available from level 1, and there are new Purposes (presets) for each calling that need testing! We definitely need people beating on the new character experience and content below level 50.

You’ll also be able to pick up a quest for your first Dimension as soon as you reach Telara; there’s no restriction by level on obtaining it.

Crafting is being revamped and feedback on the changes for characters under 50 is really, really helpful. Seriously – If you can’t transfer whatever you have, start a new character and come join us for some fun.

i think they will, but as trion said, they are rare, if you compare their spawnrate with normal rifts. we just have to keep our eyes open hopefully finding enough.
